According to an official here on Friday, on the instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, current account No 2967-8 has been opened in the Bank of Punjab, Civil Secretariat Branch, for providing assistance to the internally displaced persons (IDPs). People from across the country have been requested to donate generously to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund for IDPs of South Waziristan so that maximum help could be extended to the victims.
